The naval wall appears to have a depression on the left side, and not the right. This results in the profiles and 3/4 views look vastly different from each side. The right looks quite good, but the left makes my nose look much larger and more droopy.
Answer: Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty Using Fillers Can Help To Smooth A Depression In The Side Wall Of The Nose I have an exact photo of treating an indented side wall of the nose in my before and after photo collection. So, the short answer to your question is that nonsurgical rhinoplasty using fillers can most certainly be used in this region to help achieve better symmetry between the sides. However, owing to the complicated anatomy of the blood vessels in this particular location, treatment of the side of the nose should be left only to the hands of experienced physician injectors and not to medical spa settings or to novice injectors accustomed only to injecting ordinary smile lines with simple Restylane. Your physician may even suggest performing first, before actual treatment, a pretest by injecting saline or dilute local anesthetic solution, which can give you a real world (not a 3D simulation) look at what the result would likely be with actual treatment. The result of the pretest typically lasts only about five minutes, which is enough time to assess the potential aesthetic improvement.. Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in treating this region and be certain to ask to see his/her before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Permanent non-surgical nose job to fill a nasal indentation. On front view, you appear to have a deep indentation along your left nasal side wall that could be creating a crooked nasal appearance. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving a permanently straighter nasal appearance. Thank you for this question, and I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Improving Nasal Symmetry with Non Surgical Nosejob with Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) could be used to improve the symmetry and fullness of the nose. However, surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
