I was wondering if non-surgical rhinoplasty could help fill in the depression on the left side of my nose? (Photo)

I have an exact photo of treating an indented side wall of the nose in my before and after photo collection. So, the short answer to your question is that nonsurgical rhinoplasty using fillers can most certainly be used in this region to help achieve better symmetry between the sides. However, owing to the complicated anatomy of the blood vessels in this particular location, treatment of the side of the nose should be left only to the hands of experienced physician injectors and not to medical spa settings or to novice injectors accustomed only to injecting ordinary smile lines with simple Restylane. Your physician may even suggest performing first, before actual treatment, a pretest by injecting saline or dilute local anesthetic solution, which can give you a real world (not a 3D simulation) look at what the result would likely be with actual treatment. The result of the pretest typically lasts only about five minutes, which is enough time to assess the potential aesthetic improvement..  Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in treating this region and be certain to ask to see his/her before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. On front view, you appear to have a deep indentation along your left nasal side wall that could be creating a crooked nasal appearance. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) could be used to improve the symmetry and fullness of the nose. However, surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert.
