Filler under the columella to lift nose tip (longest lasting H.acid based filler?) and cost? (Photo)

I want HA fillers to lift my nose tip, under columela... I'd like to know with filler is best and lasts longer in that area... and how much for that area ONLY? I also would like to know if it is possible to make a formation on that... I mean learn how to do it (on that area only) so I can, one day, spare a trip to the doctors office and do it to myself... how much do those fillers cost for you dermatologists and P.Surgeons?

Answer: Injecting fillers under the columella may not raise the nasal tip.
The nasal aperture on your left is a drop smaller than on your right. This could be from a deviated nasal septum, however, if you're not having trouble breathing through your nose, this is imperceptible and maybe left alone.
I would not advise firm manipulation of your nose in the areas that were injected for at least two weeks after your treatment. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Since you appear to have a broad and flat nasal appearance, with relatively thick nasal skin, I'm not convinced that injectable fillers would be pleasing for you. Adding fillers may lead to a wider nasal appearance on front view. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving narrowing in...
