What could fix my neck lift deformity?

After a neck lift performed with a face lift and fat grafting in my lower face in January, 2018 I am left with this deformity. I have experienced significant discomfort for 9 months due to the neck lift. The visual deformity is frightening. My lower face, jaw line and neck appear abnormal. What treatment could be effective to correct this tragic result?

Thank you for your question. You need a revision of your surgery. That condition is not going to get any better. You need to exposed al the neck structures and revised your platysma muscle and the fat compartments in the neck and face area

this is the deformity seen when an excessive amount of fat is removed from the midline of the neck without removing tissue to the sides. The tissues that need to be removed are the submandibular glands and perhaps some of the digastric muscle. There are several prominent facelift surgeons in SF who do this. look on the internet for submandibular gland removal.
