I had a neck lift May 29th 2018 and I have noticed a lump on my neck that is becoming more prominent. I did ask my Dr at the post op 9/28/18 and he said it looks like a lymph node. I dont think it is a lymph node because it feels more superficial (it's not deep) and its soft and squishy. Any idea of what it could be and what to do about it?

Looking at the photo you have show, I think you may require another neck lift combined with a lower facelift to improve the appearance of the ripples under your chin.
Most likely, the issue in the photo represents a stitch abscess and you should bring this to the attention of your Surgeon. This is not likely to be a major issue, but requires more than Neosporin.
