I posted this three weeks ago. Took collagen and did nothing else. Big improvement. Was told I needed a neck lift. I was more looking at the tight bands. Proof that there are non surgical less invasive options. If you have less invasive suggestions let me know.
Answer: Neck bands fix Your photos look great. The skin quality improved a lot, which is amazing. The best and only non surgical option for the bands that bother you is Botox. Works great. When appropriately injected, the neck bands are gone! Best, Dr.Anna Avaliani, NYC

Answer: Minimally invasive neck band removal The platysma bands on your neck are pretty prominent, otherwise, it looks like your neck and skin are in good shape. The Surgy_Lift or the My Ellevate procedures can be done to cut the bands with minimally invasive techniques. There is much less down time compared to a surgical neck lift.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help reduce appearance of harsh lines by tightening the skin and stimulate collagen growth Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Addressing Neck Bands with Minimally Invasive Solutions Your concern about prominent neck bands is a common issue, especially as skin elasticity and collagen diminish over time. While a traditional neck lift can be effective, there are several minimally invasive options available that can help tighten the skin, reduce the prominence of neck bands, and restore a more youthful appearance. Botox for Neck Bands: One of the simplest and most effective treatments for prominent platysma bands is Botox. When expertly injected, Botox can temporarily relax the platysma muscles, softening the appearance of the bands and providing a smoother neck profile. This option is non-surgical, requires no downtime, and offers noticeable results. Thread Lifts for Subtle Lifting: A thread lift, such as the Silhouette InstaLift, uses dissolvable sutures to provide a lifting effect on the neck and jawline. While the results are more subtle than a surgical lift, thread lifts can offer a natural improvement and stimulate collagen production over time. Ultrasound or Radiofrequency Skin Tightening: For patients seeking a non-surgical approach, treatments like Accent Prime, which combines ultrasound and radiofrequency technologies, can tighten loose skin in the neck area. These treatments are non-invasive and work by stimulating collagen production to gradually firm the skin. PRP Injections for Skin Quality: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections can also complement other treatments by improving the overall quality and texture of the skin. PRP stimulates collagen production and promotes skin renewal, helping to enhance the results of Botox or thread lifts. Customized Treatment Plans: It's essential to work with a provider experienced in these modalities to create a customized plan tailored to your specific needs and anatomy. Combining treatments such as Botox for the platysma bands with a skin-tightening procedure or thread lift can provide a comprehensive solution without surgery. These approaches allow for effective results with minimal downtime, ensuring you can achieve a rejuvenated neck without undergoing a full surgical procedure. Always consult with a qualified practitioner to discuss your goals and determine the most appropriate treatments for your unique situation.
