50, male, what would be the best non surgical options for jowls/double chin? (Photo)

Question

I'm 50 and average weight at most. Will likely be getting a rhinoplasty. I'm sure facelift would be best, but I'm not interested in that at this time. Not a big fan of fillers bc cost/benefit ratio dont seem to be there (ie, dont last very long and have to continuously be done). I'm probably looking for something that doesn't exist LOL Either way, I'm looking for options so I can have an intelligent/informed conversation with surgeon. thank you in advance.

Imba Thanks for sharing your photo. From your photo I can see you have some jowls, a poorly defined jaw line and a double chin.  The most comprehensive treatment for these issues would be face lift and neck lift which would cause a pretty drastic change most men do not like. The face and neck lift surgery also has a pretty long recovery time. An increasing popular and less invasive treatment for the neck, chin and jowl is the non surgical neck lift combining MyEllevate with Chin liposuction and skin tightening with MyEllevate. These procedures can reduce or eliminate the double chin, improve the jowls and jawline. The change will not be as drastic as a face and neck lift and is a great value. I think it would be a great option for you to consider.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty).
