Hi Tony. Liposuction can tighten skin to a certain extent. In my opinion, there is definitely a little bit of gland underneath which needs to be removed by excision. This should work in 90% of the cases. I personally feel the type of liposuction doesnt really matter. One may need skin excision procedures as a second stage in 10% of the cases after a 6 months or 1 year gap.
