Question

I am a 35 years old, have lost 100lbs over two years and currently weigh 180lbs (15% BF). I work out 5 times a week. I have consulted a leading plastic surgeon specialising in Smartlipo MPX & Triplex in the UK. He has suggested Smartlipo MPX because of the little amount of fat & the needed skin tightening. He said he can just go through the armpit. Looking at my photos will Smart Lipo give me a chizzled chest? I am very worried about saggy skin post op or a nipple pointing south. Thank you

In men with excess fatty tissue who did not show response to diet and exercise, liposuction can be an effective technique to correct the problem, however, it is not guaranteed.  #weightloss #Liposuction #Gynecomastia

Hi Tony. Liposuction can tighten skin to a certain extent. In my opinion, there is definitely a little bit of gland underneath which needs to be removed by excision. This should work in 90% of the cases. I personally feel the type of liposuction doesnt really matter. One may need skin excision procedures as a second stage in 10% of the cases after a 6 months or 1 year gap.
