I had a rhinoplasty with a chin augmentation 1 week ago. I understand it’s still early and there’s still some swelling, but I’m just not sure if I’ll end up wanting to keep the chin implant. How long would I need to wait until I can have it removed?

The pertinent question is how much forward movement of your chin is needed to create the look you desire. That can not be determined from x-rays, computer imaging of your facial pictures is what is needed. There is virtually no limit as to how much the chin can be moved forward within the limits...
The tethering of skin to the underlying connective tissue and muscle is contributing to the formation of your cleft. From a submental approach the tethering can be released to eliminate or at least minimize the dimple. I recommend simultaneous fat grafting.
