I'm probably around 20% bodyfat. When I get down to 17% I feel that my face looks pretty good but it seems that my face holds fat disproportionate to my overall bodyfat. I've always felt I had a very weak chin and jaw.
Answer: Kybella You would do well with either Kybella or liposuction. Kybella is a simple office procedure but several treatment would be required. Liposuction is more invasive but you would only need a single treatment.

Answer: You May Benefit From Liposuction For Chin and Jawline It's best to begin by consulting with a surgeon in-person to discuss your options. During your initial examination, your #chin will be evaluated along with the neck and jawline. A weak #chin implies a lack of chin support for the skin along the neck line. In younger individuals a chin implant alone is usually all that is needed to improve the appearance of the neck. Subsequently, it will also improve the overall #balance of the face and can create the illusion of a smaller nose. As a stand-alone procedure, chin augmentation can be performed in the office under local #anesthesia. For individuals with signs of #aging in the neck, a chin implant added to one of the recommended procedures above, will provide optimal results. #Liposuction under the chin is also another option your doctor can discuss. If you are not a candidate for chin or neck rejuvenation at the time of your #consultation, your board certified plastic surgeon can recommend alternatives to address your concern. Consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in #face, #neck and #chin procedures is important to ensure you are receiving the best advice, care, and surgical experience possible.

Answer: Hate my Chin and Submental Fullness? Mini Liposuction on Submental Fat Plus Sculptra Chin Augmentation I think you would get a substantial improvement in your jawline through mini facial liposuction on the submental area. This will get rid of your double chin, which is making your jaw and chin look soft. You may also need Ultherapy or ThermiTight to tighten the skin. If that isn’t enough of an improvement for you, I’d suggest trying a chin augmentation with Sculptra. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will allow you to explore your options.

Answer: Chin liposuction Submental lipo (chin lipo) would be greatly beneficial for your complaint. It is a quick procedure that can be done under local, iv sedation, or general, with little down time. It would correct the complained area in one treatment. A non surgical option that would require most likely 2 plus treatments is Kybella injections. They dissolve the fat over a period of a couple months. It requires no anesthesia and is done in office. 0 downtime. Best of luck!

Answer: Chin and jawline enhancement Dear Bayperson,Thank you for your question and photos. My recommendation to give you a stronger jaw is liposuction and possibly a chin implant, which would depend on an exam. Liposuction can remove the excess fat and give you more structure. You may benefit from a chin implant however it is hard to assess with your photos. When you are ready, please look at before and after photos on my website and we can set up a complimentary in-person consultation to address your concerns and answer all of your questions.Best regards,Nima Shemirani
