Yes, you can certainly undergo liposuction despite having Kybellla. Depending on the amount of laxity you are experiencing under the chin, #liposuction may certainly outlast non-surgical attempts. However, you need to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn if you are an ideal #candidate. Yes, you can have chin liposuction after Kybella.  Sometimes the lumpy areas are hard to fix with traditional liposuction, but newer modalities that combine lipo with an energy source do better.  My favorite is a device called FaceTite by Inmode.  It works great and can also help tighten your loose skin.  But, if your skin is too loose, then you would need a necklift too.  Sorry about the Kybella.  But now make sure you get it fixed by someone who specializes in these procedures so you have the best chance for improvement. best of luck!

Yes, you can do chin/neck liposuction after Kybella.  Adding an energy source such as laser or ultrasound will help break up any scar tissue left over from the Kybella.
