Is this a fake Ultherapy machine? (Photo)

A Facialist used this machine on me today. It does have heat Wands. I think I saw some Ted light. Clearly not ultherapy tho... what is this? My skin felt tighter and plumped after but that was likely due to her vigorous face massaging. It’s a shame people can pretend to be providing something real. But I did post a review with her machine. And what she is advertising. She also used a vacuum tube device.
