Would a facelift benefit me or am I too young for one (26 y/o)? (Photo)

Hello, I am a 26 year old Asian/Caucasian female. I've had a long history of stress and smoking which has caused premature aging to my face. The fat pads around my cheeks have dropped, the skin around my eyes has thinned and stretched to make very obvious, worn looking eye bags, and all the fat in my face has dropped to my mouth region. It really doesn't feel good to look like this, my skin feels much older. Anyway, would a facelift benefit me? Am I too young for one?

Answer: Fat retroposition blepharoplasty and minimally invasive cheek lift. Not a facelift. Fillers are an option.
