I already got nose injections (Restylane) so it helps a little bit, but my face is still extremely flat from the side. I have one of the most flat side profiles I've ever seen - I look normal from the front, but from the side it looks extremely bad. What could I do to improve this? Forehead implant? Orbital decompression? Help! thank you
