The nostrils appear to look uneven from a direct frontal look. The right side is more lifted (like), while the left is not I feel a small dent along side the right nostril near the tip, which (I think) gives it that nice shape. The left does not have that and appears to be lower. you can see it clearly in the second picture. I do NOT want another surgery to fix this. I heard about dissolvable stitches being placed with local anesthetic. I also know about fillers. I want a long lasting option

Answer: Filler rhinoplasty A small amount of filler on the raised alar rim can help correct the slight notch and make the nostrils more symmetric.

Answer: Can stitches or fillers in my nostril help my nose look symmetrical from the front? I had rhinoplasty done about 6 months ago Hello and thank you for your question and photosSlight nostril asymmetry is very common in patients following rhinoplasty. It is also a very difficult issue to correct, as perfect symmetry is often impossible to achieve. At times, the asymmetry can even be due to normal facial anatomy. It is important, however, to allow your nose adequate healing time from your previous rhinoplasty before pursuing further interventions (surgical or non-surgical). For a full assessment, an in person evaluation by a facial plastic surgeon would be appropriate to completely evaluate the nostril asymmetry. Pre-operative photos would also be helpful in your evaluation.I hope this advice helps you and I wish you the best of luck.
