Can a filler fix my nose tip?

Thank you for your question. Filler can augment the nasal dorsum but it is very limited in its ability to lift the tip, because it is not firm enough to provide this kind of structural support. Additionally, it is temporary, and the risks of complications occurring from the filler, such as vascular compromise in a patient who has had a prior rhinoplasty. 
I would consult with a board certified surgeon who specializes in revision rhinoplasty to see what options you have.

Some noses can have a tip improvement/lift with just filler. I would recommend waiting at least a year after having tip rhinoplasty before attempting to place any filler into the nose. The blood supply is much more sensitive during this time and you will likely have residual swelling which will affect how the filler changes your nose shape. Hope this helps!

Hard to say for sure without seeing a picture, but often a little filler can accomplish what you are after.  I recommend waiting at least 6 to 12 months after surgery before attempting any further treatment.  It takes a long time to see the true, final results, after rhinoplasty.  You don't want jump the gun and treat an issue that is still evolving.  You may create more problems for yourself.
Having said that, a little strut of filler in the columella and help lift the tip slightly.  You can often create an optical illusion of a lifted tip with filler placed in the correct spot at the tip.  Give your nose some more time to "settle" then discuss this with your surgeon, or someone who is skilled in non surgical rhinoplasty.  Best of luck to you,

Tip lifting is not possible with a filler since the filler is not strong and rigid enough to hold the weight of the tip. this is in contrast to the nasal dorsum which can be filled to increase height. BTW Radiesse is the best nose filler.
