After mutiple revision surgeries I'm left with a round dent on the side of my nose tip which is very obvious. Please help me understand what kind of treatment is most suitable for this dent on my tip and what are the risks? I'm hoping fillers would be the answer as I don't want to undergo anymore surgeries. Is it too dangerous to do filler in this area? How long should I wait before I can get the filler because this is bothering me a lot. Thanks

Answer: Subcision Can Work To Elevate & Smooth Dents & Depressions
If you have a symmetries of your nostril margins and nasal tip appearance on front view, depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be helpful for improving upon symmetry and achieving a less operated nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph PS....
Please consider re-asking a question with photographs and a description of what you would like to achieve. There are many irregularities that can occur after revision rhinoplasty that may be addressed with a permanent nonsurgical nose job. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
You may have somewhat of a broad and flat nasal appearance. In general, rhinoplasty surgery may be necessary for achieving a narrower, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance. Thank you. Dr Joseph
