Can fillers safely fix dent on nose tip post revision rhinoplasty? (photos)

First, let me say that I am sorry that after all the surgeries, you are suffering with this problem. The use of a filler of course would be one logical approach to elevate and smooth the residual dent. I am not a fan of permanent fillers, like silicone or Bellafill, since permanent fillers can mean permanent complications that may not occur immediately, but may appear five, ten or even twenty years following treatment. Caution must always be exercised in injecting the nose with a filler, owing to the nature of the vasculature in such a relatively confined region. However, extra caution is needed when injecting a nose that has undergone prior surgery, since the blood supply is likely to be even more compromised as a result of the prior surgery(ies).  For this reason, I would consider the use of subcision, a procedure that I have personally been performing since 1994. It is a quick, simple and relatively inexpensive technique that is used to permanently elevate dents and depressions of all kinds by breaking up downwardly tethering scar collagen bands and stimulating new collagen, elastic fiber, and dermal matrix formation. I am sorry to hear about your surgical journey. Filler may not perfectly improve the contour but it will certainly make it better.  I would definitely advise trying filler in the short term before embarking on any more surgery as I think this is a sensible approach.  It is sae to use in this area and can be done now.
