This is one year post op, so everything is healed. Why are the scars so severe and big. The scars are also very jagged. I followed all post op instructions. It is depressing and horrific to look at. Biggest mistake I've ever made.

Answer: Why are the breast lift scar so jagged + big? There are multiple factors that go into a scar healing process-- your own body's healing capacity, environment, incision site tension, suture material,etc.. At this point you can consult with your Surgeon re/scar revision

Answer: Scar revision I am so sorry that you are unhappy with your scars. Have you spoken either with your surgeon or another board certified plastic surgeon in your area about scar revision options? At the very least, you may want to try some IPL sessions to see if it can make the vertical scar less noticeable. My best,
