8mos recovery from my primary rhinoplasty. Ear cartilage was used to raised dorsum, tiplasty and minor alarplasty. Im not quite satisfied with my alars i believe it can be improved. is it okay to have it redone for minor alterations without touching my tip and bridge? I believe that it will give my nose better shape and character. Rightnow it is still too flare whenever i smile!
