Nonsurgical rhinoplasty can add, but it can not take away. What I mean by this is that if your bridge (dorsum) was too low, then dermal fillers could be used to make it taller (dorsal augmentation). With regards to the tip of the nose, some degree of refinement is possible to reduce the appearance of bulbosity or width of the tip of the nose, but this is limited by the thickness and extensibility of the tip skin. Often the tip skin will only allow for a certain amount of projection and refinement with fillers. Strategic placement will often allow for rotation of the tip of the nose. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. Good luck! @drdonyoo
