Never pregnant - can I have diastasis recti?

22Questions
I am 5’1”, 145 lbs, belly 37” circumference. 2yrs ago playing soccer I felt odd pressure not necessarily painful but uncomfortable pressure from within on left side of pelvic/groin area. (Area covered by regular panties) I feel it when trying to push something with legs, stabilizing myself while walking/climbing on slippery/unstable surfaces. worried bc now sometimes even walking I feel it, at a lesser degree. Feels what I think a hernia coming out might feel like but nothing protruding.
