I had colon cancer about 12 years ago. The surgeon had to remove a section of my colon and in doing so he cut my abdominal wall vertical straight down the middle. This left my abdominal muscles frayed on both sides of my abdomen. Can these be stitched back together so i can have core strength again and have a tight flat stomach again? I have always worked out and exercised so I always had a strong flat stomach, i just want to know what i can do?
