Each person‘s individual look is primarily related to facial bone structure.

In your case your mid face is dominant and large compared to the lower third of your face.

In other words your mandible is small in relationship to your maxilla.

It has less to do with soft tissues than bone structure.

In that sense removing volume around the lower 1/3 of your face will be counterproductive.

Liposuction can help improve the jawline and reduce a double chin.

Understanding what the fundamental problem is helps people recognize the inherent limitations of treatments that do not directly treat the problem.
