Morpheus 8 or Chin Liposuction for chubby cheeks? (photo)

I’m 26 years old, 109lbs and 5’1. I’ve always had chubby cheeks and I dislike it. After my third pregnancy my face changed a lot and my cheeks got even bigger so now I look like a chipmunk and I have a double chin . Would lipo around my jawline be better or Morpheus 8?
