How do I fix my overly large chin without anything too drastic? (photos)

I hate my chin. I feel it is overly large and when I smile it looks like a slide. I want to reduce the size of my chin but nothing too drastic. I feel if I do anything to my chin then my nose might end up looking big. How do I fix it?

This is because you needed a platysmaplasty and still do. I suggest getting that done and using botox, morpheus, ultherapy long term to maintain your neck. A combination approach would give the most improvement. Nonsurgical options such as Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, and Ultherapy do well in...
