How do I achieve a slim and tight jawline? Heart shaped face?

Regardless of weight, the excess fat in my face remains. Even in my youth. The hanging fat is more recent. But I’ve always had an extra fat pocket in my buccal fat area. I like the look when I suck my cheeks in but I still have fat on my jawline. I have a slight double chin also.
