Chin liposuction - Hard to swallow 16 months post-op (photo)

Hi I’m desperately seeking advice. My surgeon has since been shut down for malpractice so I can’t go back there for help. I had chin lipo in August 2020. Besides not being 100% happy with the appearance results it still healed fine until around October 2021 over a year later, my neck started feeling extremely tight like I was being lightly choked. It has become hard to swallow, my voice has become hoarse and there’s is an extremely noticeable visible scar that has randomly formed. Any advice???
