After so many months your issues most likely not related to the lipo of your chin. Seek only IN PERSON ENT evaluation ASAP.

What you describe does not sound like it’s related to the procedure.

I suggest you get yourself checked out to make sure this isn’t some thing else that needs to be managed. I suggest you follow up with your primary care doctor and if they can’t figure it out then ask her referral to an ear nose and throat a.k.a. head and neck surgeon.

Based simply on your post you may also want to consider getting a Covid test.
