I had chin and neck liposuction done 6 months ago. Unfortunately under my chin looks worse. I have unevenness and a dent in the middle of the Platysma muscle and I don’t know what’s going on with the left side under my jaw. It looks like I have a swollen gland or something. My surgeon doesn’t seem interested in fixing this or sees a problem. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.
