The unevenness could be from different amounts of subcutaneous fat being removed. There appears to be more subcutaneous fat on the left. I would recommend an open approach to visualize the fat and attempt to remove additional fat on each side to make it more continuous with the central portion. Depending on the laxity of skin, a platysmaplasty might be helpful as well. This can be done simultaneously and may help tighten the skin.
