Am I a good candidate for lip lifting?Hello, I am 53 years old and after 3 years of dental treatment, the distance between nose and lip seems to have lengthened. Will surgery help me? The distance between the base of the nose and the arch of the lip is 19 mm

It appears that your upper lip is longer and that procedure like lip lift should be considered. However, that can be decided only on the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Only suggestion I can offer without in person evaluation or set of good photosis is to seek in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in lip lift and nose surgery. Hope this helps.
