Im 30 year old 1 year post partum with only one child. I had suspected my breasts were tuberous before the pregnancy but it seems to have made it more obvious with the added tissue. Before I had the same shape breast with very little breat tissue

Yes you definitely have tuberous breasts. This may have implications for insurance cover in order to get them fixed. You would require a lift and a likely implant.  See a plastic surgeon for a consult.

Your breasts appear to have tuberous qualities- constricted, short lower pole creas, tight with larger areolae.

Improvement usually involves internal release with implants for volume and lift / areolar reduction.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to better discuss your options and expectations.

Yes you do have tuberous breasts.  The base of your breast is very narrow.  That can be improved upon, but it usually takes some additional work or releases inside the breast, or combine implants with a lift, or both.  
Find a board certified plastic surgeon with experience working on Tuberous breasts, and you can have a very satisfying result.
