You do not have tuberous breasts. You have asymmetrical breasts with poor cleavage. If you are happy with your size then this can be corrected by an eccentric periareola mastopexy to reposition the nipple-areola complex more medial and higher. This will also reduce the size of the areolas.

Thanks for posting your picture. From observing your picture you appear to have ptosis (droopiness) level 2, large areolas and on the right breast you have a component of tubular breasts , which is herniation of the areola. In any case, the corrective procedure is breasts mini lift (donut. purse string) that will reduce your areolas, get rid of the herniated right areola and elevate your nipple to a more attractive and youthful position. There is another element that you might consider and that is based on the appearance of your upper pole. You might have capsule contracture of your upper pole pocket margin . or insufficient dissection of the upper pole pocket margin by your surgeon and Capsulotomy (scar release) of the upper pole pocket margin might give you a nice upper pole slope and eliminate the cut off line.
Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most important, check the redo breasts augmentation with mini lift photos in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking with nice peri areola scar.

Thank you for your question and photo. There are many variations of tuberous breast deformity, including puffiness under the nipple/areola, and a relatively short distance between the inframammary fold (the bottom end of your breast) and the nipple. It appears from your one photo that both may be true. The correction includes a type of breast lift or mastopexy. No implant would be required.

Please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetics seem to align with your own, and research such things as Before and After galleries, and reviews.
