What could be the reason why my right breast sagged so quickly after surgery? How can this be improved? (Photos)

Tuberous breasts preop. Included 2 weeks post op. and Now 1.5 years later. During my recovery, I noticed my right implant dropping faster than my left but I got brushed off and was told not to worry. Are they so asymmetrical because they were so asymmetrical in the first place? Was the pocket created in my right bigger than my left? Both my implants are still very soft. Before, I thought my left was contracturing since it’s stayed higher and more round than my right ever did, but like I said both implants are the same amount of softness.
