Can fat be injected in the mammary gland?

Plastic surgeons will have different opinions about the appropriateness of injecting fat directly into breast tissue. Likewise, some women have very dense hair, brunette, or fibercystic breast tissue, which is too dense to penetrate with a graft in Cannula.
