Hi, I am getting GREAT results after a CoolMini - and it's only been 10 days! I am pleasantly shocked as I did not expect to see significant results so soon, especially as I am over 50. However, I have really been pushing myself on workouts recently - cardio, weights, abs, etc. - and I am wondering if exercising after CoolSculpting helps with the results? Whatever it is, I am thrilled!
