I have thick neck muscles, can I use botox?

Hi, i have a really masculine neck for a woman. im not overweight or anything nor am i really taht muscular or do upper body exercises, but my neck is just has thick muscles that maek it look really manly at times. there is no saggy skin or anything. can i botox this muscle to give me more of a thinner swan neck look or what else are my solutions?
