Botox results on crows feet simply don't last?

Question

Please can somebody offer some advice... I've been having Botox for a couple of years, and I'm always very happy with the results on my forehead and my frown lines. The results last very well, and literally all lines are gone on my forehead. But my crows feet seem to be back after 6 weeks?? They never completely go either. Why could this be? I do smile and laugh a lot which I know is good. I'd just like the smooth look that celebs that have Botox seem to get? Many Thanks X

Results generally last for three to four months, so you may want to ask your injector to administer more units to the crows feet area.

The results you achieve with Botox will depend on your individual anatomy, the strength of your muscles, the dosage used, and the pattern of injections used.  Discussing your concerns with your physician will be the most effective way of determining a treatment plan to improve your results.  Increasing the dosage, and/or the number of sites injected along your Crow's feet may help you to achieve improved results.

Normally Botox should last for more than 6 weeks. The length of results depends on how the product is applied to that are, and what dosage was used. For example, crow’s feet around the eyes usually take 8 to 14 units on each side. Since your results only lasted 6 weeks you should find out if the solution diluted, how many units were used on each side and was the Botox old? These are important questions you should find out, because it can alter the results

Botox are dependent upon each individual’s anatomy and muscle use. Either the Botox is not sufficient to relax
the muscles enough to prevent the crow's feet, or the wrinkles are already too
deep and appropriate Botox might not be enough to lift the wrinkles. I recommend a consult with a skilled board

First, ensure that you are choosing an experienced and expert physician injector. Second, express your concern and objective and the amount injected and the technique used may be adjusted for you. Third, verify that the botox is fresh and properly prepared and stored.

Try a higher dosage to the smile lines. The injections can be fanned out from the corner of your eye. The lower smile lines will not improve as well as they are influenced by the rising of the cheek when you smile. A higher dose is not dangerous and may do the trick. Best of luck.
