Botox is locally absorbed and does not go systemically (through the whole body).  It works on the muscles and stays there.  Therefore, there is no reason you cannot get blood work done.  Best, Dr. Emer.

There should be no problem getting Botox on the same day that you're having your bloodwork.  I would also recommend getting the Botox no later then the 10 days before surgery that you are planning.  It should have it's near full effect by then.
