Non surgical nose job. Would it make the tip of my nose smaller?

When somebody is unhappy with the width of their nose and nasal tip, rhinoplasty surgery tends to be the procedure of choice for achieving a narrower, and less distracting nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Without seeing a photo, it is difficult to assess how a non-surgical nose job would alter the appearance of your nose. Generally, the filler is used to rectify irregularities of the nose on the bridge of the nose to build volume or give a straighter appearance.  Sometimes it can give a lifted appearance to the tip, thereby making it appear smaller, but this is really case dependent. Realistically, you probably won't be able to achieve a smaller appearance - for this you would probably require a Rhinoplasty. 

Thanks for your question and photos. Small irregularities and asymmetries in the nose can be improved with fillers and one can either use permanent or temporary fillers. Among the permanent fillers are FDA approved, Bellafill ® or fat transfer (which, of course, comes from your own body). Fillers will rarely improve nasal obstruction, however.  For a life long result, a rhinoplasty is still generally the gold standard but many of my patients are delighted with what a filler can do, especially if one's expectations are properly managed.  Best to have an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
