I have always wanted to have my nose done but could it be possible to improve my side profile with just filler? Thank you

Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal profile appearance. That means that your bridge sticks out too far, and this is associated with a droopy tip. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and bridge. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
