Slim down fat nose by squeezing and pinching? (photo)

Ive got a fat nose that ruins my face, and ive been really depressed about it. Ive read on a couple of sites, that pinchin and squeezing down my nose may help. I wanna ask whether it truly wil or not, because i cannot have a rhinoplastic surgery for many reasons, but i need a way to slim down my fat nose. Another thing, that my nose is a lil bent over to the right side. Please help.

In general, fillers may be considered for camouflaging A small bump, or for filling in an indentation. They may also be useful for lowering a retracted nostril margin.
