In general, fillers may be considered for camouflaging A small bump, or for filling in an indentation. They may also be useful for lowering a retracted nostril margin. I do not think it would be beneficial for increasing the width of your nasal base. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and bridge. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
I have been performing nonsurgical nose jobs using injectable fillers for over fifteen years. Originally, such treatment was primarily aimed at camouflaging bent and hooked noses. Later, its uses expanded to include elevating falling and drooping nasal tips, smoothing nasal tip clefts, & straightening the entire :"spine of the nose," either those that were natural or the result of surgical rhiniplasty, filling depressions on the side walls of the nose, and masking hanging columellas by augmenting the nasal alae (wings of the tips of the nose). What is very crucial to know is that very important blood vessels course along the sides of the nose, making potential vascular complications more likely in this area. What this means is that you would be very wise to seek consultation with a board certified aesthetic physican very experienced in using injectables for nonsurgical rhinoplasty and not rely on individuals trained only to treat simple smile lines with ordinary fillers, like Restylane or Juvderm. Best of luck.
The nonsurgical nose job mainly addresses the dorsum of the nose. The dorsum is built up to produce a straight nose or one with a pretty slight curvature My Best, Dr Commons.
Best option full rhinoplasty wth cartilage grafts. Second option (as you asked) Tip Rhino + non surgical rhino wth HA fillers. Or finally just tip pasty - not a good option. Best to see a few boarded surgeons in person...
Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal profile appearance. That means that your bridge sticks out too far, and this is associated with a droopy tip. You may be better suited for rhinoplasty surgery to achieve bump removal, and tip lifting, for a less distracting and more...
The Tyndall Effect is a bluish discoloration of the skin after hyaluronic acid treatments. It's not clear from your narrative how long ago your treatment was. The closest may start with white skin, and then turn to purple skin, and this is typically painful. If you have any concerns, this would...
