I have a dent / flat spot that seems to get better then worse? (photos)

It looks as though the infra medial origin of the pectoralis muscle needs to be really slightly more. This is something that can be done with a very brief revision.

Thank you for your questions and photographs. I am sorry to hear about your current unhappiness with your breast augmentation. You are still only recently out from surgery, and your results will continue to change over the next several weeks. Your implants will drop, swelling will recede,  and your overlying tissue will relax.  It is very hard to wait for results, but give it a couple of months before judging your final results.
