Currently wearing a strap pushing one up and one down.
Answer: Breast Dent after Strap Hello,Straps don't work. They cant stop a breast that's too low from falling, and they can't coax a breast that's too high to fall faster. Time, on the other hand, frequently works miracles. Gentle compression with a bra is all that we can do to support the process. You are very early in your recovery, and have no idea about how your breasts will look in three months, so please refrain from criticism regarding cleavage at this point. As for the size, there's a good reason your doctor didn't give you 450: the 375's were all you could handle, perhaps more than you can handle judging by this issue you are having. Breast augmentation is not always about getting exactly what you ask for; sometimes it's about compromise for the sake of your well being and to minimize complications. The dent looks like your old inframammary fold. If it is, it will not improve with time. This is known as double bubble. Please return to your surgeon and tell him that you will need more time as things are not normal or as expected.Best of luck.

Answer: Inadequate release of the origin of the pectoralis muscle can leave a dent or thumbprint after breast augmentation. It looks as though the infra medial origin of the pectoralis muscle needs to be really slightly more. This is something that can be done with a very brief revision.

Answer: I have a dent / flat spot that seems to get better then worse? Thank you for your questions and photographs. I am sorry to hear about your current unhappiness with your breast augmentation. You are still only recently out from surgery, and your results will continue to change over the next several weeks. Your implants will drop, swelling will recede, and your overlying tissue will relax. It is very hard to wait for results, but give it a couple of months before judging your final results.

Answer: I have a dent / flat spot that seems to get better then worse? (photos) Hi. You need to relax. It's been a very short period of time since your surgery. It is imperative that doctors tell patients that implants will require 3-6 months in settling,,,,sometime more, during this period of time, it may be that the implants undergo all sorts of odd shapes. Ord of caution do not make conclusions before 3-6 months out

Answer: Wait 3-6 months before your final shape is revealed Most often this dent will resolve. Gravity and weight of the implant will stretch out ones skin. After 3 months check with your surgeon to access your progress.
