By waiting for some of the swelling to reduce, what is your opinion as to the look of the lip? It is as if the original shape has been changed as opposed to accentuated.
Answer: Distortion due to swelling As it is now over a week since your treatment the swelling and shape of your lip should have started to settle down and, hopefully, you are feeling happier about the overall result. If not, please do return to see your practitioner for an assessment and further advice

Answer: Swelling after Lip augmentation with Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Volbella) It's difficult to say until swelling has resolved, which can take 1-2 weeks. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: What percentage of the distortion of the lip is swelling from Juvederm injections? There's no way to know about how much swelling you have, but everyone gets swollen with injectables. By two weeks, you should return to see your injector and review your results versus expectations. People with thinner lips like yours, tend to need more than one filler so don't be surprised if that's the recommendation. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

Answer: What Percentage Of The Distortion Of The Lip Is Swelling From Juvederm Injections? Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs. Sorry that you are having some concerns about your postprocedure appearance. Swelling is normal after treatment with Juvederm, especially when the lips are injected. The degree of swelling is variable and depends on a number of factors. Swelling can often cause the appearance of asymmetry or unwanted fullness. Please keep in mind that it will take 2 weeks to allow for normal postprocedure swelling to fully resolve and to see your final result. At that point, if you continue to have any concerns, please be sure to see your injector for an in-person reevaluation in order to determine the best course of action. Hope this helps and best wishes!
