I do not recommend to my patients that they use Neosporin. In a very large percentage of the population they have a allergic reaction to Neosporin when it is put on the wound so I have may patients avoid it at all cost. You can choose any other antibiotic ointment on the shelf but not that one. It makes many wounds irritated and look more infected.

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
