Help! Breast augmentation with Von Willebrand's disease? (Photo)

So I have type one von williebrands disease, I have never been happy with the way I look and I desperately want to change that. I would like a BA and a lift. I have been to two different cosmetic surgeons in the UK and neither will operate due to me needing DDAVP before surgery and then not having the facility to accommodate this. I'm desperate any help would be brilliant.

It is unlikely that your implants are ruptured. you have visible ripples or "knuckles" of your implants.  This is seen most often with either saline or textured implants, and when implants are above the muscle.  Sometimes capsular contracture can cause this but I doubt that is the case with you...
