 Based on your photograph, you seem to be a good candidate for breast augmentation/lifting surgery. Best to obtain "clearance" from your hematologist;  most patients are able to proceed safely.   You will need to continue your search for plastic surgeons who work out of fully accredited surgery facilities that will be able to obtain and utilize DDAVP for you. Best wishes.

It is best to have surgery in a hospital where they are equipped for DDAVP.  I would not have the surgery in a free standing outpatient center.  Your surgeon will want clearance from your hematologist and his involvement with ordering the proper meds used in surgery.  I have had several patients with this disease over the last many years.  You can have a successful surgery if done safe while following the proper protocol.
