Minor lower face & neck laxity: Facetite without Lipo or Profound?

I have a large experience doing FaceTite/NeckTite cases as well as ThermiTight cases for lower face & neck laxity.  It is my feeling that nothing non-surgically tightens skin and soft tissue more effectively than using a percutaneous/injectable RF technique like FaceTite or Thermi.  Both of the options you mentioned take some time (about 3-6 months) to see the ultimate results, but I would seek out a board certified physician with experience using percutaneous RF for a consultation to achieve the best results without surgery.

FaceTite can internally tighten the skin in the lower face and neck. After all the skin has been heated and contracted, we shape the neck with liposuction to give definition and remove stubborn pockets of fat. Thank you for your question. FaceTite is a new procedure that utilizes radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis to simultaneously dissolve fat and tighten the skin. FaceTite can be used on the face and neck to contour the jowls, double chin, areas with deep lines and loose skin, stubborn pockets of at. It’s difficult to determine without a photo. Please make sure you get a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist. 

I would recommend FaceTite as this is slightly more invasive and directly heats up the tissue with the probe underneath the skin. I think it is very specific at how it heats the tissues to allow for more consistent results.

Without a doubt, FaceTite is the first-line treatment for minimally-invasive soft-tissue tightening, second only to a facelift/necklift in its efficacy.  The procedure is typically done in conjunction with Fractora, which is similar to Profound. In the right patient population, FaceTite results are unparalleled and with minimal downtime. Congratulations on your weight loss. Without seeing you, it's hard to say whether you are a good candidate but it does sound that way. We'd need to see you in person to better guide you. I am a firm believer that FaceTite should always include liposuction. The only variable is how much liposuction is included. For deflated faces, liposuction should be very conservative, and perhaps target jowls only, or submental fat deposits. More importantly, it will eliminate the inflammatory fatty breakdown products.
