I have just began taking Accutane (2nd month this week) and I'd like to have lip injections. I understand that there could be an issue, but not certain what exactly.

Answer: Accutane with lip injections Since Accutane even in low dose format can cause lip and mouth sores or dry and chapped lips, I would advise against getting any lip augmentation to avoid having any possible side effects. I personally would not inject fillers until I am sure patients Accutane symptoms have reached a plateau and are under control.
