When I smile you can't see my teeth at all. What's the best way to improve this? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. Yes you would benefit from having lip injections. I would use hylouronic acid fillers and start by improving the shape of your lips. According to the photo, your lips are very thin and lacking form. I would start by injecting a small amount of filler along the border of the upper and lower lips to improve the shape. Then I would apply a little filler to middle portion of the upper and lower lips to add slight volume. It is better to start slowly and you may need to come back for a touch up after a week. The lips tend to swell after the injection and it takes a few days to see the finished results. The fillers are safe and can give a nice natural result. Make sure you find a qualified plastic surgeon or dermatoligist. Good luck!

Augmenting the lips will help improve the fullness of your lips but will unlikely help with showing more teeth with smiling.  To increase teeth show with smiling, there are a couple of different options, each with their pros and cons.  Please consult with a board certified specialist who can assist you with achieving the results you seek.

It appears from the picture that not only the upper teeth that are less showing but the lower teeth are totally hidden by the lower lip when smile.The combination of Bul horn Upper Lip Lift and botulinum toxin to the chin muscle would be helpful. 

Your situation could be improved surgically by a subnasal lip lift or possibly  by oral surgery that could raise the the tops of the gums  insidethe mouth. However,  you do not seem to have the long upper lip that would ideally lend itself to increasing tooth show from a subnasal lip lift. Get some opinons in person or send more pictures from different views and expressions.
