Could someone who plays a brass instrument get a lip aug? I had a filler long ago but did not play during that time. (Photo)

I m wondering if a person who plays a brass instrument could get a fat transfer for lips? Could you play again after it healed or would you have to choose between the instrument and the augmentation? It involves making a buzzing sound with your lips and pressing the mouthpiece on the mouth to make a sound. You have to use varying amounts of pressure to hit different notes and sometimes you have a little bit of a indentation for a few minutes after you stop playing. Thank you so much.
