My lips are quite full but I feel they aren't wide so it makes my lips look weird. Could I get a surgery that makes them bigger and wider.

Answer: Mouth widening surgery The lips can be widened but you may not be happy with the resulting scars! I would think it twice before undergoing any widening procedures.

Answer: Mouth Widening Surgery The corners of the mouth/lips can be made wider by moving the vermilion out at the corners. This does produce small scars that would lie along the junction of the pink part of the lip and the skin.
