Can you make your lips wider? (photos)

your question and photo. Yes, you can have your lips widen. This would be
done by moving the vermilion at corners of the mouth. However, this does leave
small scars along the junction of the pink part of the lip and skin, which you
may be unhappy with. 

The lips can be widened but you may not be happy with the resulting scars! I would think it twice before undergoing  any widening procedures.

The corners of the mouth/lips can be made wider by moving the vermilion out at the corners. This does produce small scars that would lie along the junction of the pink part of the lip and the skin.

Removing V-shaped pieces of skin at the corners of the mouth can widen the mouth. This not a commonly done procedure and can give detectible scars.
