Lip fillers such as restylane or juvederm ($550/syringe and often 2 syringes needed-lasts up to 6 months) are really the only practical choices other than going to the more permanent implants ($1500-2000/lip implant) which I recommend doing after you decide the size you like. Thank you for your question!  There are several options but it also depends on what you want your lips to feel like. They range in longevity from 6 months to 10 years. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. PDO NovaThreads can also be used to improve shape and also provide lift. Fillers in general last 6-9 months in the lips because we constantly use our lip muscles to communicate and to eat.  For a longer lasting lip augmentation, consider fat transfer or permalip lip implants.  

The photo is definitely attainable.Fat last the longest. Particularly micro droplet fat transfer.There is a 4 day hearing period with fat and a 2 day healing period with most fillers. You can use all of these products multiple times.I recommend seeing a board certified surgeon and getting a consultation to discuss your goals and options. Juvederm 1-2cc (syringes) is the best lip filler currently available. Usually swelling and bruising can subside within a few days. Prices are usually $500-650 all depending if a nurse or a well-qualified physician does the treatment.

For long-duration effects, the better is Hyaluronic Acid injections, which regularly remains from six months to one year. For permanent fillers, you can have fat grafting, with amazing results. In any case, you need to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination. The time to heal is just a few days to a week. Do not take very seriously that photo, remember that everyone is different, and remember photoshop effects! You can get the volume you want in your lips, but the results depend on your face contour and the shape of your mouth. Good Luck!

Firstly I would like to say that your lips look lovely. So be careful where you go and who you allow to augment them. It is always good to have a clear idea of what you want. It is difficult to turn your lips into someone else's though so allow your doctor to help visualise the end result when they have examined you.

After a treatment you may expect to have some redness, swelling and bruising. All of which go quickly and the filler should be completely settled and feel natural by 14 days after treatment. Most patients leave clinic loving their lips and their side effects are minimal. The lips can swell over the first night sleep so you may not notice any swelling until the morning. Swelling goes in a few days.
