It looks like I have no jaw. I have all this extra skin on my neck (see pics) but even when I put my finger under my chin to kind of mimic a neck lift by pulling back the skin, I still have no jaw definition and it kind of makes my chin look even longer like a witches chin. I was thinking about getting a neck lift. Do I need that AND a mandible implant? I'm worried the implant wood make the front of my face look too wide (see picture). What should I do? Thank you

If you are not happy with the results, I would recommend removing the implant and placing a different implant or going with a sliding genioplasty so that your natural chin moves forward.
